YES! But you have to look for it. Don't just sit passively waiting for love to find you. Trust me, I thought for a long time that I was unlovable. Then I was shown by the most incredible man that I was loveable, and that all my dreams about being loved could come true.

It exist whether we believe it or not. We just need to remember to recognize it or acknowledge it's presence. When we can begin to practice this awareness then it begins to become a part of our lives.

i like to think so.
if not in the romantic sense, then in a family way. (even if its not a biological family) and good friends
love is everywhere, believe it or not... (i know its hard to see in this world) but i think if you're open to it, then you'll find it
