please i want a medical doctor to answer this. better yet a neurologist or a psychiatrist

You didn't say how old you were - but - as this obviously is not the norm for you - 1st question - did you hit your head or neck?(seriously) - if so you can have this kind of trouble and may need therapy to regain your memory, concentration etc...
If you have no injury - then perhaps you have been under alot of stress lately? Also not enough sleep over time can lead to this.

Best thing is get evaluated by a neurologist ASAP as there could be many other medical reasons why this is happening and the sooner you figure out why the sooner it can be treated.

starrwoode------>umm actually, yes doctors do pop in here once and a while to make sure ppl like your are not giving bogus advice.


newho- could be stress, could be ADD, or anxiety. talk to your doctor or contact a local therapist.

do you really believe actual doctors waste their lives on this???? how old are you, there are tons of things that cause you to be forgetful and one is simply being distracted, by anything else in your life thats bothering you.

you might suffer from a illness called a.d.d or a.d.h.d (attention deficet, disorder or attention deficiet hyperactivety disorder) go to a phycoligest and tell him what your symtoms are u be fine

you might have something as simple as a.d.d.

or it might be just to stop eating sugar. to drink more water. to exercise more.
