the other night...i had this enlightening dream...in the dream I was sitting with my sister...when we started hearing gospel music coming from one of the rooms... Music singing about Jesus....then a cross on the wall(that is really there) started to glow....we ran down the hallway...and upon looking back....the end of the hallway started to change into a sunset.....it became blurry then started to turn black....the house started to darken and then red flames apeared and glowing from all corners of the house....I knew at that time who it was....I started calling to God and Jesus to give me strenght and power to fight...I called and called...i then fell to my knees and even in my dream....i felt this overwhelming power....and was not afraid....when he(Satan) came out......i didn't run....He came towards me...but as soon as he came ...he went around me....to my sister.....I kicked at him as hard as I could....But at that time I woke up.....but at that one moment... i knew there Is A GOD....i know I have faith...deeper than i thought....so now i worry about my sister....not sure why...but you know something like this will get you thinking....

Yes these scriptures also tell me that God will never leave nor forsake us. I know that this is true because as a young christian I am seeing these scriptures come alive in my life even now. He is such a good God and His love for me I cannot at this time find words to describe. But I see His Hand working things out in my heart and in my mind and in my life. He is making things that look so different and this gives me Hope for tomorrow because I know if He can make the things that troubled me yesterday look so different then I can make it through tomorrow ONLY because I Know He is there....He is Jehovah Shammah and He makes a way where there doesn't seem to be a way....He Is There. "Jesus I thank You for never leaving or forsaking me"

That is such a wonderful scripture. It gives me the strength that I need to carry on. I get so frustrated sometimes at how things are going in my life. Actually its more about how things are not happening in my life but I have vowed to wait on the Lord and to trust in Him and this scripture helps me to do that. It helps me remember that even though I don't always know what he is doing, He is still there, and He is still in control and that the wait for His will will be worth it.

Isaiah now stresses the goodness of God after describing his majesty. To me it means such a God is able to deliver and restore his distressed people if they will wait in faith for him to act. They are to trust in him and draw strength from him.

I feel that living a God filled life strengthens us here on earth and afterwards.
This verse fortells us of the message we receive in the New Testament of the wonderful life we will have when God returns to Earth or when he calls us to be with him in heaven.
I feel much love and peace in those words.

I have been through a lot in life and I'm only 30, but I have always noticed that as weak as I think I am, I am actually strong. How true it is that He renews our strength.

Isaiah is one of my favorite prophets. This particular passage is stunningly beautiful as befitting the Word of God. It fills me with hope as life tends to wear me out sometimes. It renews my spirit.
