I was separated from my husband and I have a boyriend in Canada. He wants to sponsor me as his common law wife but the problem is we don't have a divorce here in my country where my husband and I got married. What do you think the possible things that me and my boyfriend can do regarding this problem?

You are Filipina? Most Filipinos get divorced in another country that DOES allow it. You can't marry your boyfriend until you are divorced; he can't sponsor you as a common-law wife ever, and certainly not if you're still married to someone else.
