I work in a grocery store and often times happen to notice girls/women crowtching or kneeling to get items off the bottom shelf. While doing this they expose their lower back and sometimes even more. Many times underwear is exposed.

So What should I do, if anything at all, about this? Don't girls, teenagers and adult women realize that their butt crack and underwear are exposed, and how many people can see this?

Thank you to all who have answered. It is not that I stare at them but that I notice them and know that there are those who would stare and possibly follow these girls/women around.
I am more concerned for there safety and privacy, esspecially children and teenagers.

how refreshing to read a guys question that has respect and concern . i wouldnt say anything because they may get angry and turn you in then you could be fired , sorry to say some girls know perfectly well ther crack is showing they dont have the respect for them selves or others to care and sometimes that is what they wanted to do anyway. i think you should just tturn when you see this about to happen

Yes, they know. But they can't help the fact that men who design clothes don't ask their models to bend over before the pattern goes to the manufacturer. It happens, and we women are very aware of it, but there's not much we can do about it... The really young girls (11-16 yr old girls) probably don't know, b/c they are just not as aware of themselves as they seem.

In any case, say nothing, and keep going about your business. It's one of those things that we all know about, but are forced to deal with...

Be a gentleman and walk away.

You could discuss it in the hearing of a female employee and ask her to say something, but a male discussing women's underwear in this context would probably get him slapped. Or worse. Sad, but true.

To your last question: No, I don't think so.

Best wishes...

Ignore it.
But sometimes, we can't find a perfect pair of jeans, so they fall off a little so they can be long enough for our legs.
Don't worry about it, just do the store girls a favor by not looking or letting them see your question.

Have the manager of the store install shiny floorboards under the freezer displays and then leer creepily at them while staring at their frilly underwear and thongs in the mirrors.

I would say turn your head. Some people do it because they want to feel better about themselves by thinking people are attracted to their butt crack. Ewww. I would tell em "Crack kills" lol seriously though, unless you know them I would just turn your head. You don't want a customer trying to get you fired.

Even if you notice, you still shouldn't stare. Sooner or later, one of them will catch you looking (and we're usually really good at knowing when guys are looking at us in 'that way'). hehe

Approach and tell them that their underwear is exposed!
