No, only the person who is hit with the probes will receive the shock from the taser. They are designed very specifically to operate this way to allow the police to maintain physical control of a suspect when that person is being tased.
There are three ways to feel the effects of a taser:
1. Be hit with both probes of a taser.
2. Touch the wires while the taser is actively tasing someone.
3. Get hit with one taser probe while touching somebody who is hit with the other taser probe.
If you each are hit with a probe, the current will flow between the two probes and zap you both. But if both probes hit the same person, the current will only affect that person.
When I when through taser certification, they hooked one probe to the tongue of my right shoe and the other to my belt on my left hip. I certainly felt it, but the two guys holding my arms on either side to keep me from hitting the floor did not feel it. After everyone got their individual zaps, we all sat in a semi-circle on the floor and joined arms. They hooked one probe up to the person on one end of the semi-circle and the other probe to the person on the other end. We all felt it.
That's because the current had to travel through all of us to complete the circuit. But when both prongs are attached to one person, the current only has to travel through that one person to complete it. The current follows the shortest path between probes to complete the circuit. So, when both probes are in Billy Bob, the current won't take a side trip through Bobby Joe, even, though they were holding hands when it happened.

Yes. Both people would feel the current. There are several thousand volts running through one of those police tasers. You would most definitely feel it. Your best bet is to let go of the persons hand before they get tased.

No, the other person would NOT feel it. The taser has two wires with metal barbs on the end that stick into you. The electricity jumps between the two barbs. When someone is shot with a taser, the two ends are usually attached to the same person. The only way two people would feel it at the same time, is if you had one barb pinned to your clothes and the other barb pinned to the other person.

only if you get hit with one of the taser pointers. Once they are hit, they will probably let go of your hand, by the way, from the pain. unless they are high on drugs. :) And, just curious, are you planning on holding someone's hand when they get tased? :)

Pray to God consistently while trying, as God helps those who help themselves rather than those who are lazy. Lord Krisna said in Bhagavad Gita, we have to carry out our works and renounce the fruit of our action. So we must keep trying and find joy in doing our work, whether or not we get the desired result. We should not lose hope. Do your best and leave the rest to God,it will all come right some day or night.

Not really. If they did it wouldn't be the fifty thousand volts because the voltage for the most part travels between the two probes. There could be some residual current but very little.

Yes, just like if you were holding hands and they put there finger in a light socket. They would be the conductor. And you would end up being the one to get shocked from it.

Yes they would. If you remember the static electricity experiment from your earth science class, the electricity would be conducted with more amps through the persons body who was directly contacted, so the one who was touching them would get a higher charge.

How wet are their hands? Do they have change in between the hands? Are they wearing gloves? These are things to consider. Otherwise, I'm not really sure. Good question. I would have to say yes.

Yes you would. Human beings are conductors.
