You should call a women's shelter and ask them what you should do. This is very complicated problem because your brother's fiance has not left on her own yet. She should have left him the first time he hit her and she didn't so she may need intervention. There may be nothing you can do unless she is willing to cooperate.
If you talk to people who have lots of experience with this kind of thing they may be able to advise you how you can proceed with talking to this girl about getting out of this horrible situation. If you can help her you will probably be actually saving her life because there is a good chance that your brother will, someday, kill her.
Don't confront your brother unless they tell you how to do it because he may take his anger out on you. Use everything you can learn to get this girl to become aware of what is happening to her so she can LEAVE.
God bless you for caring so much. You are a good kid and I'll be praying for you and this situation.

I would tell the fiance that she needs to take this as a sign of things to come and boogie out of the relationship and wedding plans immediately. If he is going to be this abusive before the wedding, it is only going to get worse for her. The beatings will become more and more violent until one day she may end up dead.
Your brother on the other hand needs to figure out that it is never ok to hit a woman. Not for any reason. Even if she hit him first. In some places, he could go to jail even if she assaulted him first. It takes a big tough guy to beat women up. He needs psychological help immediately!

This situation sucks but there is only one option I found that was use full. The first time or the next time you call the cops and he goes to jail, sees a judge on a first timers he'll get three years probation and mandatory 52 week class on anger manage meant. And if once you do that if she decides to go back and it happens again there is really nothing that you can do until she or he is really through. It is a repeated cycle, and I know it sucks, but if she didn't like it she would leave and if she doesn't leave then she likes it.

There really isn't much you can do, although I applaud your concern. I sure hope his fiance doesn't think that this was the last time she got slapped. If she still plans to marry him after this, I sure hope she has the number for a good women's shelter on hand. You may want to point this out to her, if she actually doesn't get it.

I don't care who you are, but if you would hit a woman, for any reason, you need to get your butt kicked. And there are plenty of people out there who would agree. I think you should tell someone who cares about women being treated right, so that your brother will get his butt kicked. He doesn't deserve a woman, try to make her see that too.

Tell her to run! It'll only get worse from here on out! And your brother needs to get some help for that! Nobody deserves to be treated like that! And that goes for you too! He shouldn't of pushed you! Next time she and you may not be so lucky!

His fiance should say bye and that's that.If he was to raise his hand now just think what he will do later, she would be a fool to marry him at this point.

Welp.....Thats all the evidence she needs, tell the fiance to pack all her belongings, leave his sorry *** and never return....it shouldn't have happened but this should be a fair warning. One time is all it takes.Don't give him the oppurtunity to try it again.

I'm sorry to say that relationship is over. You need to get your brother in to a doctor and get him evaluated for his emotional state. He may need some counseling.
