That is a good camera, especailly for its price. If you want something even cheaper, consider the z60. It has similar functions, but it is a bit cheaper because it is a slightly older model. Only main difference is the resolutions it captures. Unless you are going to print it out very large, it won't make a difference. You can look up other informations on camera at digitalcamerareview.com Their forums are excellent.

Cannon Power Shot or IXUS are at this moment the best deal..Go for these. I have very nice experience with Cannon. IXUS55 is within your budget also. It has nice screen 2.5", 5 mp, digital zoom. Short video shooting capacity. Overall very nice and handy too.
