They told my sister she can't do anything until they have a legal paper that says they need to be brought back. They also told her she could put fliers up but how???!!!We live in Texas and he took them to Celaya, Guanajuato!! They don't want to bring them back but they're American and shouldn't be over there. Were could I go online to contact Mexican newspapers to put up a missing children's ad??? What do I do??? Where could I go to locate agencies that help find missing kids?

I swear to you this is not a hoax. They were already going to divorce. I know he has a right to see them, but take them away from their mother??? He;s only doing it to get her to worry, because not once has he came to borrow the kids, which shows he doesnt even care. He told my sister that if he didn't let him keep the girl (who's 9) that she will never see them again. He took her out of school and got the baby from the babysitter and headed to Mexico two days ago.

we already told the police, but they can't do anything until a lawyer makes a document or something saying they need to be back with the mom. He has a history of violence and shouldn't even be driving because they took his licence away for driving drunk a billion times.

I am so sorry for what you and your family are going through!
There is one thing if you go to a lawyer they would need to know is what kind of right did he have? Did he pay child support or see the kids offen? what kind of right did the mother have? A lawyer should help and if not you need to put this on t.v. One thing about lawyers they some time and get kids back but you put his face on t.v there is no more running. go to www.americanasmostwanted.com

While my parent were married my mother picked us up from school and took us to mississippi, we lived in missouri at the time. My dad was told by several lawyers to get her for kidnapping. They may be his but they are hers too and he took them away without her consent. Call the law or go talk to a lawyer. Look online for those agencies and such that u are wanting. Do a google search whatever you have to do. Just don't give up!!!! Good luck

Calm down I know this sux right nowbut just go to the mexico times/ news paper and it will say something like pay for a ad and you can say what ever the heck you want to and then they will be safe and sound back into your home!! aww what a happy ending!!

Look into bounty hunters, they are allowed to break the rules.
If police are not helpful, go to the next step someone above them, federal?
Contact a lawyer who can give you advice and perhaps steer you in yhe right direction...good luck.

If this is true, and it most likely isn', um...have you tried calling the FBI?
You said that it was a brother-in lawand not an ex so he has rights too.
