My kids father went back to his country 3 years ago and left me alone with a now 3 and 5 year old, i recently found out that he is back in the US and he calls me off and on and sends us money....anyway the question is he had finally told me that he has another kid now with THE GIRL HE HOOKED UP WITH AND BROUGHT BACK HERE WITH HIM i was torn apart by that, he was supposed to go back to his country and visit his family and come back to us,,,needless to say ive moved on since him and he keeps calling me and wanting me to help him in anyway i can to get legalized here, do you think that i am obligated to help him because i have his children or do you think i sould tell him leave us alone?? sorry if this question is confusing

if u and your kids have moved on since him, you are under NO OBLIGATION to help him. it's his obligation to send his kids $$ so don't think of it as him doing you a favor.
u owe him no favors. he was not there for you and your kids and someone like that will not be a good example for you and your kids. if ur kids have done well without him then leave him be.
sure some people make mistakes, but he's made his own bed.
no need to stress yourself. if it's not a life or death situation, just ignore him.

you owe him nothing. Let his new girl help him. Tell him to leave you alone especially if you have moved on with you life you don't need him.

tell him to hit the road..if he brought back his woman and a child..he had better things in mind..if he has been gone 3 years..you don't need he him now for your children

He left with you in good faith that he would be back to take care of you..not knock up some woman and bring her back...Screw him!!!!!
He needs to man up and be a man! Now he screwed it up and cannot!
