Sing to them! Sing a lullaby, or tomorrow run out to Walmart or Target and buy a CD with a bunch of soothing songs you can learn to sing for them. I used to play classical music for mine when they were little and it worked like a drug! LOL I kept a tape player (OK, I'm old) under the crib, and played Mozart.

lower the lights, sing a song and rub their backs, i go through this EVERY night with my g/kids..they are afraid they will miss something. I found that being consistent and having a routine it helps them. I prep them 30 mins before lites out and they are asleep within 15 mins every nite now...good luck..dont get angry ....get love

Let them drink milk before they go to bed... open a book and tell them stories ( but be sure that you will not fall asleep yourself). You can also check on their activities and the food that they took before they go to bed or if it's getting worst, consult your pedia!

not give them any tea or cola or ANY caffeine for supper!
Order them to bed, although you can't order them to sleep.
If they are siblings and they are getting along-for Heaven's sake--let them stay awake and talk to each other!
MAYBE let them watch tv on the floor in front of the tv.
Give them books to read.
Let the oldest read to the rest of them.
Better yet, let the oldest one read the story of Jesus' birth, starting in Matthew.
Let them massage each others' necks or backs--ANY thing to get along.
Tomorrow is a vacation day--so don't let them have any more caffeine for supper, after tonite!
Let them brush each others' hair! Man, that oughta relax them!

Read to them....gets them drowsy, plus it will give them advantages in school Studies show that the more a child is read to, the better they will perform in school.
Rubbing their backs and heads will also work...still works on me lol.

A hot bath with lavender bubbles. I do mean hot, don't burn them of coarse but if you run the water with them in it you can get it pretty warm.
