There has been violence and war in Iraq and that area for over 3000 years. It's not going away anytime soon.

I recently returned for 18 months in Iraq and plan to return.

Heavyhand002 is right. Violence will not end, but the war will. Eventually. If the Americans back home pressures the Bush Adminstration hard enough, wait.. that ain't gonna work.. Bush's the top dog, unless someone topples him in the next election, American troops will never leave Iraq.. correction, they will leave Iraq, in body bags.. Either that or they got lucky and was wounded slightly so they can go home early. But the bacon has got to go into the frying pan sometime soon... When will it all end? All the bullshit talk about peace will be restored... It'll never come. Not within another 5 years. Only when everyone feels that this war is **** and pointless will eveything begin to settle down. At best, Iraq will be like India, where the Tamil Tigers are still fighting with the Government, with the occasional truce and the occasional blood letting.. The leaders of the world wished for peace in the world? Dream on. There's always someone out there who is not happy. And why they are unhappy? No body bothers to find out. Being poor might have something to do with it. But then again the G8 has pledged to erase porverty, which is just another bullshit talk. That could never be accomplished unless the whole world agrees to abolish the monetary system. But then, how are we suppose to make transcation? We could live without money, but it'll be difficult, and one way or the other, we'll find another form of currency. To change all that will mean changing humanity. In the end, everything is null and void. We are going to die anyway. We die poor. So what? We die rich. So what? So long as we have a happy life, so long as we cherish simply BEING alive, being given the God-sent opportunity (or strange twist of fate that lead to our creation) to live and experiance life as it is, nothing else really matters.

that's as much as the individuals of Iraq to be certain while they are going to stop struggling with. to date, the justification for all the strife is the U. S. invasion. All events interior Iraq (different than the invaders) agree that US squaddies purely inflame civil strife. Iraqis will artwork on their society and their peace after the invaders are long gone. regardless of if or no longer they prevail or no longer isn't the employer of the U. S.. possibly different countries, countries who supply help, who've solid faith and who're no longer prejudiced against the Iraqi inhabitants would be allowed by ability of the Iraqi human beings to help in rebuilding Iraq. the only employer the U. S. has left in Iraq is paying reparations. any further action the U. S. takes in Iraq is the action of imperialists. the U. S. in this remember has executed little to differenciate it self from imperial spain or britain. the only distinction is, possibly, the brutality which cutting-part weapons helps. After paying reparations, the U. S. government might desire to be subjected to a international court docket to decide regardless of if further reparations are owed as by using conflict crimes and to hold to blame the psychological actors of such crimes. as far because of the fact the evidence which i'm familiar with is going, arising a international gadget of torture fairly demands the dying penalty for Bush and Cheney and for existence sentences for Rice, Powell, Gozalez and collaborators.

This lot in the Fertile Crescent have been killing each other for 2500 years +. It's what they do. The Allies pulling out (there are other countries there, you know.) would only allow an increase in the level of violence & they would still blame it on the West.

More Americans die of violent deaths per day than die in Iraq on any given day. Iraq is safer than most American cities. Why do we expect Iraq to be safer than the US?

The violence will end when we leave Iraq. We went in and killed Saddam, Usay and Quoday Hussein, now its time to leave. We have no business there now. Let them rebuild there own country.

when the western nations pull all troops out of the middle east, in conjunction with isreal being completely destroyed, i guess this amounts to hell freezing over.

there will always be violence in iraq, just as there has always been violence in iraq.

when people stand and unify, and raise hell so that congress opens their deaf ears......we need to send a clear message that this war is wrong and bad and our brothers and sisters never should have been sent over there in the first place....i hope your brother returns safely. dont get me wrong, the war is wrong and is pointless but all of the troops are amazing. peace to them all.
