It does have small amounts of Serotonins.. so does Chicken.
It's a wise tale that it is what makes people so sleepy at Thanksgiving..really is all the fat starchy carbs that does it.

Turkey has natural sleep producing element called triptophan it causes drowsiness. Don't stop eating it though it's so good for you.
