No...I do not know where you girls get the idea that it is okay to hit men. Unless he is trying to mount you or something then you have no right to touch another individual. Had he slapped you for any reason at all you would have told your mother or father, and had the police at his house in an hour or less. Do not touch people without their consent.

He asked you out on a date, but are you guys exclusive? If you guys are not, then you both have rights to date other people. That is what dating is all about. You date several people. Unless you guys have an understanding and agreement to just be with each other and then he goes and date another girl, then it's wrong.

well the reason you slapped him was not because of the question but because you couldn't believe he would be dating another girl and ask you out..it makes you wonder what he would do to you..you sound like you want a stable relationship and not a bunch of sneaking around so in my feelings you had a right to express your shock however you wished..but i would have just asked why he was doing that to the other girl..and don't he know you need someone stable in my life not a player

Not at all. That is hardly worth a slap, he did nothing to you. If he deserves a slap, it's from the girl he is dating.

Yes and no. You were right to reject him and let him know why in no uncertain terms...however, hitting people is not good, especially when rejecting a man. Some men get crazy when you do that, wouldn't want to die in a ditch hun.
