first you have to consider the response you might get. If you think he likes you too then just go for it- but if you dont know how he feels, try to be suble and throw a few hints- you know... go out of your way to bump into him places so you can see him more often, complement him, touch his hand or arm when you talk, and lean into him and use eye contact- and try to get a sense of how he feels about you- if he doesnt react positively you may just want to let it go if your afraid to get shot down...

Just start a meaningless conversation about something you have in common. Build on that and ask him out for a date. On your date just talk. He will soon fall in love with you.
