I'm not sure if it's healthier or not, but it sure tastes a whole lot better.

This is solely my opinion, so I have nothing to really back it up, but I think that it would be healthier. Here is why; if you have ever looked into slaughter houses it is enough to make a person's skin crawl. I hate eating meat because they are so unsanitary (unfortunately, I can't go more than a few days without eating some kind of meat.) However, if I could get the right connections I would eat meat raised and slaughtered by a farmer and not by a company, if that makes any sense.

it is always better to raise your own meat .at least you can be sure what has gone in to produce the meat.

no its not. it depends how you cook the meats and how much do you eat.
