Thong sizes go XS, S, M, L, XL. Most stores I get em at dont do the whole size thing and at some stores you can try em on, though most look really small they are strechy. The 1st time u wear 1 can b uncomfortabe but I wear them often and like em a lot beta than other types ov underware.

Thongs are also flip flops you wear on your feet. So then you go by the shoe size.

As far as trying them on at Victoria's Secret? Call or go to the store and talk to the clerk. I'm sure they'll let you know their protocol for buying intimate apparel.

Honestly, just buy them and if they don't fit, return them. Even if you had your panties on, you can't get a good feeling for how they look and fit. Don't ever try on without panties underneath. Just plain gross. How would you like to buy underwear that had been tried on by someone else without panties?

They are sized the same as panties, but since there is no covg. on the butt, if you have a large one, you might find yourself buying a smaller size in a thong.

I would imagine you could try them on as long as you wore your underwear underneath them, just like a bathing suit.
