And have you studied it/them?

Please, for the love of Zeus, let's keep the answers sensible and COURTEOUS, no pot shots. I will report haters for insulting other participants, so let's be adults. I hate having to say this, but this section is notorious for mudslinging.

So, where is your spiritual curiosity? I've studied Islam and the Baha'i Faith in depth, I love both. Here is a website to the Baha'i Faith for those who are unfamiliar: http://www.bahai.org

Well, I am a Baha'i

One of the greatest teachings, in my opinion, of the Baha'i Faith is that we teach and expose our children to as many religions as possible so, when they are old enough, they can make an educated decision as to which religion is right for them. And I don't mean just teach them our interpretation of other religions. It's important for them to see it for themselves, talk to people of other religions, so that they may form their own opinions.
It is our way of teaching them to make an independent search for truth.

Growing up with Baha'i parents, I visited every church in town, we had Firesides where everyone in town, including atheist and wiccans, were invited to discuss world beliefs, our house (even my house today) has always had a library of religious books from nearly every belief you can think of, and, when we see one we don't recognize, we snatch it up just as quick as can be.

Shucks, I've even taken a peek at the Klingon religion (though that had to do more with being a nerd, than religious).

Also, as a Baha'i, we are the continuation of the past religions. Studying the other religions such as Islam, Christianity, and Jewism, is the same as studying our history.

Anyway, i really can't name all the religions I've studied, and still studying.

I am a Baha'i by religion. One of the main principles of the Baha'i faith is independent investigation of truth. As Baha'is, it is good for us to know and study other religions of God. In our city, we hold childrens classes every saturday. One of the topics of study for a few weeks was the study of the Bible and the Koran. It was very interesting to actully FIND SIGNS in these holy books of Baha'u'llah (the prophet of the Baha'i faith). If you have any questions about these signs, or about the Baha'i Faith, feel free to email me at ryan_azad@hotmail.com.

Thank you very much for being open to all the religions and having respect for all of them. Finding out information for yourself is a very good thing to do.

i'm a plurist, so i ought to trust my way, yet like the blind adult males and the elephant i do not imagine each person has it actual. i imagine God reaches out and stupid human beings interpret the basically right we may be able to. That suggested, Hinduism has continuously in touch me probable because they're the residing interpretation of that philosophy. they have a god for each ingredient of their existence: for cooking for undesirable stuff, for water even a God for circumstances once you want to be detrimental- that is okay, you're basically worshipping Kali. I artwork with a collection of Hindu's and frequently the caste ingredient can get stressful, yet even that ingredient is thrilling because as a Christian and an American that is so alien to me. i wager i love it because that is diverse from some thing else (plus they have were given the basically right nutrients).

I'm Christian, & I've always been fascinated with the topic of world religions.

Currently, the ones I am most fascinated to learn about are Orthodox Christianity(because it is so similar to my faith, Catholic Christianity), Buddhism, Confucianism, Gypsy religion, Geniism, Mandeanism, & Cao Daism.

You might be interested to learn about Cao Daism too, actually, because just like Bahai, Cao Daism tries to unite the world religions.

I'm Christian. I'm most curious about Islam but I've studied many many religions. I think it's important that we try to understand different beliefs so we can learn not only to tolerate them, but to respect them as well. Hitherto I've never heard of the Baha'i faith though, so thanks!

There are few conventional religions that I haven't studied. My last interest was Buddhism and now I am curious about the different Pagan beliefs. I never get tired of the search.

Before I became a Christian I read the Qu'ran and studied up on Islam, I read about and studied Hinduism, and Buddhism. Therefore I am not really "curioius" about other religions. I am "curious" about other cultures however, and like to experience them when I can.

What a great question. I'm a died-in-the-wool Calvinist, but I do try to learn about Catholic dogma, and I do see the beauty in that faith. Nothing like being on your knees several times during the Mass, the unity is awesome. Gotta get out there again, thanks for the reminder.
