Prenatal vitamins.

I've had several gf's who took prenatal vitamins and birth control pills at the same time, which I always thought was sort of ironic.

Pre natal vitamins are excellent for hair! My hair grew so strong and long when I was taking them I kept up the prenatals, my doctor said that is fine, because with my work schedule I don't eat like I should so that's good for me to get the extra vitamins.

Vitamin E helps your hair a LOT (plus your skin!) and it's found in avocado. (Other things too . . . but avocado a LOT.)

Good luck!
