free people search isn`t free how can i get a free people seach

I use a combination of these sites. The pay ones sometimes give up free information like CITY or STATE! That gives me information to put in the free sites.
Also, if the person is deceased, you can use the last site, LDS Family Search. They are free and fairly accurate.

all sorts search engines, all government orgs, keep it up.
somewhere u'll find some little info, won't cost u $$ but might cost u lot of TIME.
