I know that you're getting a lot of flack for this here. Perhaps it's because your question was so short, and everyone here wants more particulars over your decision.
The fact is that girls dump guys for less reasons. You are entitled to finding a girl friend who does this for you, if it's that important to you. If she won't do it for you, you need to find someone who will take care of that for you.
You could brake up with her by telling her that, "No BJ, no Umbriglio". However, girls like to talk, and you could get a reputation that could keep you from dating in your zip code for the next 10 years.
On the other hand, if you told her that you simply aren't compatible with each other and that you need to date other girls. You also can be the good boy friend and break up with her as sensitively as you can. Spend some time with her if she does a lot of crying, but still hold your ground that you can't make this work.
If she's sweet, and you let her down easy, then she could be a very good female friend to keep, but only as a friend. You can go oral with your girl friend. Best of luck to you, and happy hunting.

If you are just dumping her for that you are jerk. You are probably dumping her for multiple reasons, cause if you really liked her you wouldn't get rid of her for that reason. Just tell her that you don't see the relationship going anywhere and that you enjoyed the time you spent with her. Don't waste valuable time by beating around the bush when you could be on the chase again. Girls also talk and if you do it politely and correctly it wont hurt your game.
