I have checked the process of making apple vinegar, and I have never come accross anyone saying that I could get an alcoholic beverage. Instead, every website assumes that fermenting apple juice will result in apple vinegar, and what about corn wort? Can I still make corn vinegar without making ethyl alcohol during the process of making corn vinegar? Thanks for your answers....

I'm not sure but I believe it does go into a stage like wine turning it into hard cider and then into vinegar.

(Copied): Vinegar is made when fresh, naturally sweet cider is fermented into an alcoholic beverage (hard cider). Then it is fermented once again. The result is vinegar.
