Sounds like a lot of these people are trying to get your butt in a lot of trouble with your mom........lol
I would NOT suggest just doing it without her permission.
When my daughter wanted to do weird things to her hair with colors we made a compromise.
She started out with some colors that were not to drastic and used the hair color that washes out in a few washings.
And then gradually we worked up to the colors that she really wanted.
But I believe that everyone has the right to be individuals and to express themselves and not be some carbon copy of somebody else.

If your hair is naturally light you might not need to do anything to it permanently. There are a lot of temporay hair color products out now that just wash out after 4-5 shampoos. After that you can pick another crazy color. If your hair is naturally dark, then you have to get it lighter where you want the crazy colors. Tell your mom that the colors are temporary. She will probably say yes.

I'm not sure if they still have this but they use to sell color hairsprays that you can just wash out. I'm not talking about a rinse because that stays in for about a month but this stuff washes right out. You might want to find some of that and try some of that in a color you like and see how she reacts and if she agrees with it go ahead and get a permanent color.

Remind her that it is JUST hair. I have to remember that in letting my children do it. The only exception is....is it appropriate for school? Red is probably not so bad. I know that my daughters school requires "natural" haircolor. I am not sure what that means when her "natural" color is almost a carrot orange...LOL

Go home with your hair just hair sprayed orange (or whatever) And let her think it's dye. And if it's 'I'm going to kick you out of the house' disapproval, wash it out. But, if she doesnt fuss that bad, go get in permanitly done the next day.

Oh please your mom doesnt want you going around looking out of place. If your under 18 and still in school you better listen to her. Her house her rules.
I have had every color imaginable---when I was younger. BUT I was on my own and it was my house ( well apartment)
Isnt Johnny Rottenish about out now. I mean I even saw him in my younger day.
MAybe she will compromise and let you do it over summer when you are out of school.Or maybe like that black with the cranberry tint over it.

I hope you'll reconsider your decision to dye your hair. Once you start, it really wrecks your hair. I had to start dying mine a couple of years ago and I hate it (too much gray coming in).
Enjoy your natural color while you can, don't be a slave to coloring it.

first see on computer with the help of graphics, whether it will suit on you or not. if u feels that, it really suits on you, then first go for temp colors. if it really suits on u then ur mom will not say anything.
