Since Locks of Love makes wigs for children, they may be able to help you.

I am not sure of locations or details, but you should be able to do a search on 'locks for love' or 'locks of love". My daughter donated hair there, and they are for like cancer kids.. I believe is it free for those kids that need them... well it is a place to start.
