Just because she is smart in math does not mean she is advanced enough in other subjects to be skipping an entire grade. Does she have friends in her grade and does she really want to move out of her class? If she skips a grade, remember she will be the youngest in her class. Are you ready to face the consequences in high school when everyone in her grade is dating and she is still too young.... when everyone is driving and she has to wait.... it is a difficult decision... just look ahead a few years. I'm sure you know your daughter better than anyone else and you will do what is in her best interest.

Wow! it incredibly is rather youthful to start. merely exhibits how far the international has taken issues to the extreme. i'm sorry to hearken to which you rather prefer her to get an abortion, existence is a present from God, even even with the undeniable fact that we don't see it that way specifically cases. If she would be in a position to't cope with being a mom at that youthful age, then perchance evaluate adoption. there are various loving couples available loss of existence to have a new child of their very very own, yet won't be able to with the aid of medical motives, so adoption must be the perfect answer. i comprehend she had to have intercourse the evening she went to the flicks 5 months in the past and got here abode in the dark, that's the only answer it incredibly is clever. yet can sh love the youngster like a new child desires love? Will she upward thrust up at 10:00, 12:00, 2:00 each and every evening and nonetheless visit college? merely something to think of approximately.

It is up to the school to decide if your child should skip a grade, I believe. Call the office and ask them about it. They will probably refer you to the guidance counselor or more likely the district's psychological services to have her tested.
My daughter did very well in school, and the district didn't do anything for her, so I put her in an academically challenging private school. I would say explore your options and make sure you talk to your daughter about it as well.

You have to talk to the pricipal and/or dean of students. However I would advise against having your kid skip a grade ahead. This puts alot of social stress later on in school and she'll be seperated from her school friends. Instead be proud of her for doing good and encourage her to go at her own pace.

make sure its your daughter who wants to skip a math level and not you or your husband...i knew alot of kids at my school who were under enormus pressure beacuse they skipped a course in math under the influence of their parentals. personally, i wanted to skip so i took a math course over the summer which not only satisfied my high school's math requirement, it also gave me credits towards graduation. also when i went from alg 2 to precalculus and skipped trig, i talked to my teacher and asked him if it was a good idea. he told me that he thinks that out of the kids in our class he thinks i would be one of the more prepared students to move onto precalc so he agreed to have me placed into that course.
long story short. ask her math teacher and get his/her reccomendation. (that is IF she wants to move onto a higher math)
