not the most ideal solution but it is one to think about. The process, in theory, is simple. You would first have to decide what group or rating the dog will fall into, A terrier, a working dog, a herder, a toy breed etc. From here, you have to breed the dogs. Notice how I said dogs. You'll need at least 40-50 of the same breeding process. Also, based on what group you stated the dog fell into, you'd have to prove the dog could do the criteria for the group. For example, terriers are known and bred for hunting small varmits and being able to go underground and in holes etc. Herders are known for being able to.... well... herd animals such as sheep, goats, horses, etc. From there, 85% of the 40-50 dogs must be able to perform the tasks from an innate or natural ideal with limited training. From there, you have to have judges from the recognized kennel clubs witness those tasks be performed. From there, the judges along with you will chose the "perfect specimen" and write a detailed descriptiong that every dog from that new breed must meet. The whole process takes upto 20-30 years to accomplish now. In the past, 100 years ago, it was much easier and faster. Now... it takes a long time.

You cant invent a new breed, unless you breed many of this type, and perfect the breed's standard. This usually takes many, many years to be recognized by the AKC, or any other kennel club. if you want to show a dog, the easiest way would be to stick with a breed already recognized. to register a dog, you can go online to a kennel clubs site, and fill out a form online.

Well you don't just stand up one day and announce your dog purebred. Developing a breed take decades of work and a devoted group of people, not to mention a standard and a purpose of the breed.
If you want to see how it is done, read about the silken windhounds. THAT is how it is done. ANY idiot can breed crossbreeds and tack on a stupid name. That is not develping a breed, it is taking advantage of the dim witted to make a quick buck. To have a breed you must have a standard and have dogs breed true to type. It takes MANY years.

You cannot magically change your dog into a purebred, altho so called breeders keep trying to do this all the time with mixed breeds. If your dog is a nixed breed, a mutt, it will always be a mixed breed, a mutt.

She can never be registered as a full blood anything.
There are several registries that will allow you to form a new breed by crossing two recognized breeds.
But you would still have a mix that you could never predict what the babies would mature to look like.
Better to stick to one breed instead of trying to mix a bunch of stuff together.

You are kidding right? You can't make a mutt into a full bred dog. A mutt is a mutt. There is nothing wrong with a mutt. They make great pets.
Love her, and don't worry about her breed.

Well, you can't just make your dog a fullbred dog. What kind of dog is it. You would have to contact AKC (American Kennel Club), CKC (Canadian Kennel Club), or other existing clubs.
