The bible dictates their opinions and lifestyles, and gives them bullshit to spew in case of an argument. They're too inferior to think for themselves, so they depend on Christianity.

Nope. Just obedience to God. Everybody worships something or someone.

No I don't think that is fair. I am agnostic but I think that some people are Christian because they believe that the positive aspects of the religion outweigh the negative aspects. Not everyone who has a different viewpoint must necessarily be weak and stupid. Vulgar abuse is never an answer to a life choice it may even say more about the person asking the question than those it is directed at.

Being a Christian is HARD. There is no crutch here. In my opinion it's easier to not be a christian. There is the crutch, "hey man. Nothing matters, I can do whatever I want" There's plenty of BS in an argument there as well. Talk about inferior. "I can do what ever I want" requires NO THOUGHT. Just reaction.

Walk a mile in my shoes before you judge me, hypocrite!!

Well, if your argument were true, then it would apply to any religion with a holy text.

Although I am atheist, I do not believe Christianity is a crutch because there are very brilliant Christians, as there are very brilliant people of every other faith.

Quite honestly, very few people follow their religion to the letter anyways, so they must be able to think for themselves.

I wouldn't say it is for the weak and stupid. I have found that there are those people who are strong and independent who do not need an outside spiritual influence to guide them. They know where their life is going and what it takes to get there. I have great friends who give me the confidence and the encouragement to live on. I, myself, am one of those type of people and I am very happy with my life.

I have also found that there are people who need a spiritual influence because it provides them a cushion in life to fall back on. I am not saying that they can't be strong and independent people but I have heard that the Christian Bible is a guide to life to make you strong and independent except to the spiritual influence. I would agree but also say that it is a guide to a form of life because I have seen some of my friends who have become born-again christians (though I don't personally persuade them to follow that path because of my beliefs). I also believe that it can be a form of brainwashing if you become too involved in it and believe that it is the one and only truth.

Basically, it all leads down to this. Everyone is a leader in their own lifes both in physical and in spiritual. But there are some who are leaders in physical but followers in spirit.

This is what I have seen and analyzed what I have heard. This is my belief. Everyone has something that they hold dear to them both in physical and in spiritual.

I thought science was the crutch. No guts to believe in anything but themselves, spewing bilge about evolution when it has too many holes in it to take seriously, but they pin their hopes on Darwin anyway. Pompous demagogues.

When I use the Bible to direct my life, I am a better person; happier in my life, more content with where I am going, and more knowledgeable about where I've been.

I can see that your lack of Biblical direction has led you to sarcasm, belittling and bigotry.

I think I'll stick with the Bible, your way sounds so unhappy and meaningless.

Resolve your issues and take a hard look.
The age of grace won't last forever.
When it ends, the price will go up drastically.

You probably have no clue what I'm talking about but it's all in there.

You're doing a hell of a job of thinking. You're full of venom, self doubt and guilt and try to project it onto Christians. Classic mentally unbalanced behavior.

About as much of a crutch as an individual who has been deceived by a biased educational system......... You haven't been given the truth about anything.
