Im 16 years old and I am really attracted to these guys that I work with. I can't seem to get their attention at all. And I am so stiff around them I can't be myself because I look superficial. Help me Please!

The guys might be gay or already have girlfriends or might just not be interested. You didn't mention how old they were. I wouldn't advise going with someone from your workplace due to the fact it may not work out. However if you decide to go ahead with this, you do need to learn to become comfortable around them, because they see you so often and they will learn who the real you is. If you are a genuine person then they'll notice that but getting nervous around people won't do you any good. You have to remember they're just people themselves. The thing about relationships in the workplace is that firstly, you need to check if it's allowed and secondly, they generally start off as friendships and develop into something more.

I know what you mean about stiff and superficial. The only thing is to try to come out of it and be nice to everyone there, not just the guys. You don't want to upset the balance of the workplace and get the girls mad at you.

Just try being friends with them. This way you'll really get to know them in the process. And they'll get to know you for who you're this is always better. It's better to start out as friends first anyway!!! Good Luck!!!
