Do you believe that beer is just good whiskey run through a horse?
Does "mixed drink" to you mean scotch AND ice?
Did you give up martinis because all that stupid vermouth kept messing up the gin?
Do you think of vodka as a breakfast drink?
Do you consider bourbon a food group?
Tequila: to kill ya or to cure ya?

Then belly up to the bar, folks. I want to know what's yer poison?

I'm a bourbon man myself, got a fondness for Jim Beam. I take it in double shot-fulls, thank you, with no need for ice. Why mess with perfection? Used to know a gal who liked Everclear and matches. She'd take a shot, light it up and swill it down flaming. She'd do 8 or 9 a night, said she liked the citrusy-charcoal flavour going down. We called her Asbestos Annie.

What about you? And none of those namby-pamby beer guzzling, wine-swilling, mixed-drink-froufrou-umbrella & fruit-drinkers, either. If its sweet, frothy, foamy, creamy, winey, or cute, keep it to yourself!

I like anything with an umbrella. Of course it takes a pretty big cocktail glass to hold a full sized umbrella. After a few of those you need mapquest to find the door. I really like Long Island ice teas, but I drink them only occasionallly. I like Seagrams 7 with ginger ale. It is the same drink my dad preferred. It has a lighter taste than whiskey and coke. There is a place near where I live that serves a mean Long Island ice tea. The bar will only serve two per customer. My wife likes drinks like Blue Hawaiians and Smith and Wesson. Chick drinks in which you can't taste the alcohol. Speaking of poison. I knew a soldier who served in Germany that drank a fifth of 191 proof everclear in one evening. He woke up in a fetal position. He probably came close to dying. I like my drinks strong, but I want to wake up the next day.

Well, ya really had me on your side there for a minute, all set to be your biggest fan. But then you had to go and mention the Two Terrible Words: Jim Beam.

Please, in the name of all that is Right and Decent in our world, consider the benefits of a REAL bourbon. You'll know it by the pretty Thanksgiving bird for which it is named, and you will seriously be giving thanks yourself for this miracle.

don't know much about alcohols but I do remember the pungent smell of errr I don't know what category to classify in, it is called Chung - a tibetan home made - They say it is made of Pine tree extract. It is boiled in a kettle and sold by the kettle, smells several kilometers away - I guess the smell spreads easily in the cold mountains.

Have to agree with Barbara. I *like* beer. But when its time to hit the sauce, I usually go for The Glenlivet over ice.

aww, I lovelovelove Toby Keith buuut that isn't considered one of my widespread widespread songs by him, i admire it, besides the indisputable fact that it is not considered one of my favorites. "Beer Drinkers and Hell Raisers", on the different hand, is from my widespread ZZ precise album. in no way heard Van Halen's conceal in the previous, yet they do it justice or maybe make it their very very own, so I gotta elect them in this. good journey-up.

My mom only lets me drink milk. But when I cry a lot, my daddy drinks all of the drinks you're talking about.
