How can he date if he is working a 24 hour shift. I used to stop and talk to people when I was working especially by the time clock and I don`t think I was trying to hit on them...or them on me!! Find out if he is married..then go from there!!! I also believe you are better off if you don`t date on the job. I`ve seen hairy situations and fights and dismissal actions!!!
