Dr. says eat lots of bananas for the phosphorous, but I'm about sick of them.

Chicken breast, milk, lentils, egg yolks, nuts and cheese are good sources of phosphorus. Dried fruit is also good, for example 100g of raisins contains 10% of the recommended daily intake of phosphorus.

Phosphorus works with calcium to help the body build strong bones and teeth, as well as regulate the metaolism, nerve and muscle function.

look at nutrition labels. thats what i always do. never really looked for phosphorous so i dont know of anything else

Beans, grains, and sunflower seeds are all high in phosphorus.
