Prioritize your thoughts and deal with them 1 at a time from your most important concern to your least important. You must solve each concern separately or again you will become confused and your ideals will become distorted.

YOU MAY BE HAVING SIGNS OF BI-POLAR DOSORDER OR ANOTHER DISORDER, OR YOU MAY SIMPLY HAVE ANXIETY ISSUES.

WHEN THOUGHTS KEEP JUMPING AROUND LIKE TWO RADIO STATIONS THAT KEEP JUMPING BACK AND FORTH DUE TO BAD RECEPTION, I TRY TO COMSUME MY FOCUS WITH SOMETHING.....

YOU COULD READ SOMETHING, OUT LOUD TO SOMEONE, OR YOU COULD WRITE A STORY. YOU COULD DO YOGA OR KICKBOXING. YOU COULD GO TO THE FITNESS CENTER AND WORK OUT.

THE POINT IS, YOU CAN TRY TO DO SOMETHING THAT DEMANDS YOUR FOCUS, AND HOPEFULLY THAT WILL HELP. OR YOU COULD GO TO THE DOC AND HAVE HIM DOPE YOU UP INTO OBLIVION, THOUGH YOU WOULDN'T FIND ANY OTHER COPING SKILLS THAT WAY.....

I knew someone who was like that, turned out he had a mild form of epilepsy, best to get yourself checked out by a doctor.

Sounds like stress. You need to learn to quiet your mind. Sit very still and think of nothing. If this is too hard (it is for me) you might want to try listening to

it's probably just stress or anxiety. you probably should go see your doctor, get a referral to a therapist and start working on coping strategies.
