I used to have a big but small waist and nice hips, now that i have gained weight I'm all stubby looking.
I used to workout religiously, 25-100 of the following each nite:
1)Sit-up's 100
2)Squats 50
3)Leg lifts 50 each side
I need motivation to start this routine back before it's too late and my boddy takes this permanent shape, Do u have any suggestions to slim my waist and mid-section and not my hips or butt?
Here's 2 links to my old weight, that I'm trying to achieve:

You still look pretty curvy to me, not stubby! But, I know how you feel cause I'm right there with ya. There is no easy answer, obviously, but one thing that I plan on doing to get myself motivated is to contract with myself. I know it sounds sort of cheesy but I am going to write up some goals and a plan as to how I could work on achieving them, then I'm going to sign it and have one of my friends (who is doing the same process) sign it too so I will be held accountable to someone besides myself. Try to get someone to do this with you, its much easier when you're not the only one. You can do it! I can too!

Hi there, I know what you're into right now. I also gained 20 lbs in less than a year and I want to get back in shape. I started going to the gym 3 weeks ago and everything seems to be going right for me. And its true that you have to change your lifetime, i dont eat much chocolate or other sweets anymore. As a matter of fact I only eat chocolate and candies like once a week at the most. Its not bad to have some of those yummy sweets once in a while.
Im eating more tuna, wheat bread and veggies. I drink more water (i used to drink loads of starbucks, and you cna imagine the calories).

I go to the gym 4 times a week, 1 hour to 1 hr and a half a day.

You can do it, just work on your weight loss goal and stick to your healthy diet and workout. Hope to hear from you soon about your weight loss updates.

Ciao doll! :)

NY is known as "The Big Apple" because long ago a famous folk hero (Johnny Appleseed) planted a single seed in the middle of the city. Then, in a strange warp in space-time, a boy named Jack planted a seed he believed to be magical in the same spot. In what is still considered a marveling biological advancement, the two seeds fused together on a molecular level. After an impressive rain, the seed hybrid grew into an apple 300ft tall and approximatively 330ft wide. The strangest thing being the absence of a tree. It seems the apple was completely normal, except it grew straight from the ground with its own roots like a beanstalk of some sort. For decades to come, people would visit the city and look up at the impossible fruit and think "that is a big apple". After a while people began referring to the city itself as "The Big Apple". But then, 1943 Oct 11th, something strange happened. As the city laid to rest, the night once again upon them, there was a blinding flash of red light. The flash lasted for nearly 4-5 seconds. No one is certain what caused the flash, but once it was over the apple had simply disappeared. Not only had it vanished, the ground it had grown from had closed as if it were never there. Some say the apple had grown so large it created some sort of fruity supernova and collapsed in on itself in a black hole. Some say the aliens responsible for the death of the dinosaurs came back and destroyed the apple as well. We may never know exactly what happened that night, but one thing is for sure. That was a big-*** apple.

So why did you stop exercising? Baby? Change of job/school? Well that is the first thing, to figure out why you stopped. A way to get some motivation is to go out and by a hot outfit in a (realistic) size smaller than you are and make it your goal to be able to wear it by a certain date. Running will help slim you all over and is really good for the legs and thighs. Do some crunches for the tummy and sides. Don't over do it start small and work your way up. You may want to try push ups or some other arm exercise. Limit the amount of fatty/junk foods and alcohol. Eat well balanced meals.

Well, now it's not just about your workout. You need to change your lifestyle and do this forever. Drink lots of water, walk an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning. Eat fruits & vegetables.

No sugar
No sodas
No candy
No chips
No potatoes
No pasta
No pizza
no corn
no bread
no burgers
no fried foods

Good Luck

Maybe you can start by being comfortable to be where you are..I guess that would be a first step..then move on with exercise, planned diet, dont just work out on your body..work out on your mind as well..most often..our weight is determined by our self image..try affirmation.. I can suggest you to read the works of Louise Hay.. google her name and you will find some info..Take Care.. Hope this helps.

People who plan their weekly meals will be more successful at losing weight than individuals who don’t. Plan your dishes to add healthy carbs such as nice potato and wholegrain pasta, green vegetables and lean proteins, buy all of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to consume out or order in.

Beans, beans, are best for your heart, the more consume the more you... lose excess weight actually. Super-effective and full regarding fibre, beans will regulate your appetite and slow down the rate at which your stomach empties, meaning you continue to be fuller for longer.

Al dente pasta features a lower GI value, so is often a healthier option than nuking the fusilli till it’s soggy.
