i was thinking a court house but i was told no

anywhere as long as you have a valid marriage lisence and a court house iwll give you that... you could take pictures, which I would advise just in case they ask for them after you try to change status.... just make sure you do it with your 90day limit

If you have a K-1 visa and you have already been processed through a Port of Entry, then you can get married wherever you want as long as you have a valid marriage license. But don't delay, you only have 90 days from the time you were initially issued your I-94 entry card.

Once a fiance is in the USA legally on a K1 visa, you should be able to get married anywhere.

What state you in? I was in South Carolina and got married at the court house.

You can get married anywhere as long as Big Bird wont officiate;-) It is a photo op so bring your digital camera. Pics might be needed to convince USCIS agent/s.

wherever you wish just make sure the person officiating is licensed to perform marriages
