where can u get married with a K1 visa in the us?

i was thinking a court house but i was told no

Anywhere. I have no idea why someone said no to a courthouse. All you need is a license and someone authorized to perform the ceremony and sign it. Even I, an ordained minister of the Universal Life Church, could officiate.

R H Saunders is correct. You can get married anywhere that Americans are able to get married.
