No get some one with experience to help or show you how to wrap them. The vet assisiants might be able to. We've used toilet paper tubes for our shepherds.

Yes and NO.
To have them stand naturally, yes it is to late.
But take them back to the vet that did them and ask if they can insert a small wire into their ear, this will replace the tendons and muscles that got broke, and is why the ear will not stand any longer.
Depending how long it has been sense the ears where done and when they fell, you could also try tapping a kotex(cut the sting off first, and remove from plastic container) in the ear. This some times will work and give the ear time to strengthen.

No, it's not too late. Take a tampon and put it in the dogs ear and then wrap medical tape around the ear and tampon so the ear is standing up - leave in for a few weeks - changing the bandaging frequently when dirty. After a few weeks the cartlidge will harden and then you will not need the tampon and tape.

No,get after it NOW!!!
Tape it & KEEP it taped!!!
The best way(yeah, looks doofy but so what) is to use a styrofoam CUP!! Tape BOTH ears to it!!!
Do NOT be so ignorant as to ATTEMPT to use a wire like some IDIOT said-what a MAROON!

no it is not to late but if you are not going to use him for showing then i wouldn't worry about it. this way he will have his own look. i think that will look cute one ear standing and one down. if he is just a family pet then i wouldd leave the ear the way it is.

It might be possible to get them to stand up again but it will be really painful for him and a headache for you. Poor dog.
