Today I went to a wedding and a guy I used to work with about 2 years ago was there. He told me I was looking well. I'm not old I'm only 38, so what did he mean by this statement?

You are looking well and healthy...sounds more like a friendly statement..but I wasn't there. It just depends on how he was looking at you when he said this and his body language and tone of voice. If you are interested in him, maybe call him up for lunch or a movie or something...good luck and God bless! :)
