I knew Bryan but I didn't start talking to him until like a few days ago, and we started hanging out. I started to like him, but I was careful not to tell him my feelings unless I knew his. He told me he liked me one day, and the day after he told me he liked he started to date this one girl named Nicole. I told him why did he tell me he liked me when he liked Nicole? He said that he still liked me, and likes Nicole too, but he knew Nicole longer(this is his seventh time going out with her). I am confused on why he told me why he liked me when that must not be true. Recently my brother was singing this song with his band called, " Poet's View on Love"(my bro wrote it) and it was about how this guys biggest fear is losing the person he loves, and Bryan was sayin, " It's like how your brother said on his View on Love song, losing you is my biggest fear becuase I love you!" It was sweet in all but I didnt believe it. What do I do? I need help, and dont be like dude your too young!!!

I believe that guys a crazy all together first of all. They know what they want but most of the time they don't know the best way to get it, so they mess up by trying the way they think will result in getting what they want but instead ends up screwing up everything. You have to look at the things they do in a different way, not what it means to you but what they might have meant. For example if a guy tells u a lie, it is a big deal to you and you don't understand why they wouldn't just tell the truth, but you have to look at it like they thought to just keep you happy it would be better to lie. In your situation, I think this guy would not have gotten up the courage to tell you he liked you unless he really did, but he was afraid of rejection, so he covered his self by letting you know he could get someone else. He doesn't want to leave his self open for let down. He still likes you but he is afraid you don't feel the same way.

Don't understand the mean part. Maybe just maybe,he is getting some ribbing from his partners(guy friends and or girl friends),and he isn't the sort of guy that wears his feelings on his shirt sleeve. The,girls that are doing this to you are just a bunch of nut jobs. What difference is it of theirs if you like this guy,YOU are NOT going to MARRY this guy,so what gives. What right is it of theirs that they can tell somebody,to not talk to this person or that person. When any man can wear pink,purple etc,shirts they are very much knowing about their sexuality,and nothing is wrong with that. Its just a color,not the person. Just,be yourself,and don't worry what others think of you,you know who you are. Good Luck

be careful. don't get your feelings hurt. i'm a guy and trust me i know how we think. sounds to me like he's feeding you some bs. there's no reason to say that he likes you and then turn right around and start seeing another girl. just doesn't make sense. the reason he probably is saying that is because in case things don't work out with him and that girl, he is still good with you and he can fall back on that. find another guy, you are very cute girl you should have no problem

Don't even bother with him, he'll go out with you and any other girl for at most a week, not worth the pain of being rejected by a man whore with no real feelings.

Well. Allie you didn't mention your age which can pose a problem answering correctly.........OK so now you know he likes you..don't rush anything..........If he is dating Nicole AGAIN, And for the 7th time(Is it her or him that beaks up all the time?) I would say that it won't be long then b/4 they break up again.....If he is not too old for you, then maybe you can date then......Don't fall too heavy for him right away.....take it slow......

the guy is playing the field and is fishing for sex. he's a loser, he's the kind that will knock you up and you will never see him again. he probably when for Nicole because he saw her as an easier victim.

I don't know. You hid your feelings until you heard his, and that might have given him the impression you weren't that into him so he moved on.
