There would be an increase in earthquakes - Mt 24:2,3,7; Mk 13:8; Lk 21:11. This prophecy is correct. There are many times as many earthquakes now as there were in the first half of the twentieth century ... Earthquakes. Also like increasing birth pangs, Jesus also said there would be earthquakes in various places. From official records, scholars have researched the frequency of earthquakes and report an astonishing increase since -- yes, just the middle of last century, when Israel was reborn and all the other signs began. A recent study shows that in the 1940s there were only 51 earthquakes worldwide above Richter 6.0; in the 1950s, 475; the 1980s, 1,085; and in the 1990s, 1,514 (Matthew 24:7). I know that not even the Angels in Heaven know when the great coming of out Lord will be, but the signs are there. The Bible also talks about in the end there will be wars and rumors of wars. Every thing seems to lining up.

I think the heat has gotten to you in the desert there. Why not pick up a science book instead of the buybull?

Weather patterns change over time - No gods required.

People like you make me sick. When hurricanes hit, when war happens and planes fly into buildings you see it as a good thing.

Israel will be a lush garden, there will be an increase in earthquakes, fires and floods, men will travel to and fro over the earth, there will be a great increase in knowledge, does any of this sound familiar, Jesus said no man knows exactly when, but when you see these things happening, know that the time is drawing near.

The land of Israel was barren and now is turning fruitfull and animals and cattle are once again flourishing in population. Israel is also the number 3 in the world producer of oranges.

He is coming soon and yes there are signs everywhere, however, you should use a reference if your going to quote because its hard to tell exactly what your speaking about. I know I sometimes do the same thing when I am trying to remember scripture and such. My brain will actually put two or three together in my head.... Making them, of course< innacurate. Anyway, keep looking!

Jesus said there would be earthquakes in diverse places, wars and rumors of wars, plagues, famines, yes. But these are the signs of the "end times". We just don't know how long the end times will be.

Actually when the earth is renewed, all the deserts will bloom, all of them. Thorns are actually flowers that don't blossom, so you can imagine what the earth will look like when the curse is taken off it.

That's a good observation. And it's cool. And plus, HE will be returning, but the question is when exactly? We may never know, but it will be a good day when HE does! I haven't read that though, I'm trying to read the WHOLE Bible but I only seem to be in Joshua!

Much of Revelation was written in code so that if the letters that were sent out to the cities were intercepted they wouldn't understand what was written. There is great debate as to what much of revelation is even saying. It's extremely confusing to read and shouldn't be used like a grocery list to check of different "signs."
