Telling her relieves you of guilt, in order to make her feel terrible. It sounds a bit selfish.
I would keep quiet and NEVER EVER do it again, and treat your g/f like a queen forever to make up for it.

If you have feelings for that woman who you had sex with, then yes, you should tell her. Your girlfriend has the right to know how you two stand in your relationship. If that woman was just a slam bang for a night, then don't hurt your girlfriend by telling her. Just try to think twice before you get involved with a woman once you're with another one.

Yes if you are having sex with other women you are obviously not ready to commit to your current girlfriend so you should tell her so she can dump you and move on and find a decent guy who will give her the respect and loyalty that she deserves.

If the sex didn't mean ANYTHING and there's NO WAY of it happening ever again....then you should probably keep it to yourself. If this is going to be an ongoing thing (with the same girl or others) then you should definitely let her know, or break up with her.

tell her man,
she is your girlfriend and has a right to know what your upto, esspecially if you trust/love her and she trusts/loves you but dont leave it to late because news gets around so I think its better for her to find out from you then anyone else.
