some people feel ashamed of their sexuality if they have been or are currently in an environment that makes them feel that sex is wrong or shameful.

it's important to realize that sex is a normal, necessary part of life. you need to search yourself to determine activities that are okay or are not okay. you need to form your own values and feelings toward sex and forget the garbage that has filled your head.

you have nothing to be ashamed of!

YOU NEED TO EDUCATE YOURSELF MORE ABOUT THE SUBJECT. IT SOUNDS LIKE YOUR DISCOMFORT IS 1-TAUGHT BY SOMEONE (PARENT, RELIGION) THAT IS IS WRONG AND BAD, 2-YOU HAVE HAD A TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE, OR 3-YOU FEAR WHAT YOU KNOW SO LITTLE ABOUT.
WHATEVER YOUR DEAL IS, YOU CAN ARM YOURSELF WITH KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE SUBJECT. YOU SHOULD STUDY HUMAN SEXUALITY. GET A COLLEGE CLASS TEXTBOOK, AND GIVE YOURSELF THE CLASS, OR SIGN UP FOR ONE ONLINE.
OVERCOMING FEAR IS SIMPLY A MATTER OF EDUCATING YOURSELF. YOU CAN EASILY DO THAT. IF IT MAKES YOU UNCOMFORTABLE TO GO TO THE BOOKSTORE, ORDER A COPY ONLINE FOR A CLASS ONLINE.
I PROMISE YOU THIS WILL HELP TO SOME DEGREE. YOU MIGHT POSSIBLY WANT TO SEE A PSYCHOLOGIST WHO COULD OFFER YOU SOME DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVES ON THE MATTER.

You don't say how old you are, but I suspect you are still quite young. Normal is a tough bill to fill. It doesn't matter whether you are normal or not, the fact is you are distressed over these feelings. If they don't interfere with your life, just wait and see if things don't change. If, however these thoughts disrupt your life then I suggest you seek counseling. Sometimes just talking over issues can bring relief.
