hm... I think rich and alone. Like, it might not be that bad to be alone. Well, you mean alone as in husband right? If it is, then rich and alone. If you mean of friends, and ALL LONELY, then broke and together. Good question by the way. ; )

If we were miserable together whether or not we were broke, I'd say rich alone. If I knew we'd always be happy together I'd say broke together.

Broke together. Been there. Alone sucks worse.
We were homeless and jobless when my wife was pregnant with each of our 2 kids. But we stuck together and we were there for one another. Almost 20 years now. We were each other's rock at that time. Life is easier now, but I can't say that we're happier.

Love can not buy you love or happiness. My brother and his wife have a 6 figure income and they are the most unhappy people in the world. There son hates them and does not want to be arround them. The family has nothing to do with them
My husband and I we make it by month to month. We have 3 gorgeous children who love being with us and we are happy. Sure we would like more but you can not take it with you when you go. You can only take your memories and those are precious.
