I like to spontaneously have foreplay and sex. It's the best.

Foreplay is always important. There doesn't have to be a set timetable for it, or a lot of lead up. Spontaneous sex can be great. Depending on the mood, your partner might feel like being seduced a little, or you might both feel like shedding the clothes and making for the nearest flat surface. As long as you are intuitive as to what your partner wants at that moment (and visa versa) the amount of foreplay is strictly up to you. Scheduled sex can also be very exciting. If you make some romantic plans for the evening, it can be fun to let the anticipation build through the work day or to tease the other with a phone call or message of "I can't wait until this evening" etc. Go with the flow, man. Think it depends on the couple. Sometimes I'm just busy AND horny. Just get the job done & lets move on. However, I've been with my guy for a few years. At the beginning foreplay's important, the first year maybe. And spontanious is good, but sometimes I actually say "I'll see YOU tommorow at 7"

it's only important if you care if your mate (usually the female) is gonna have an orgasm... if you're out to get your own rocks off then don't worry about it...
