I would buy a 100-bed room mansion in California & put 10 homeless people to a room & cook for them 3 large meals plus 2 snacks a day & help them get proper education & jobs & cars. 1 car per family.

Why buy the mansion when you could put those homeless people in their OWN homes. Pay for them to get an education and take care of themselves properly. Make them feel like independent people instead of making them feel like they owe somebody or that their place to live can be yanked out from under them at any time.
Give some money to the uneducated that want to become educated while still living with their own families.
I would get myself a modest home, a modest vehicle, a nest egg, a college education for my children.
And then disperse the money among needy families and orphaned children.
I just do not see the need in putting myself up in a mansion when the cost of that mansion would be better put to use some place else. Not to mention the cost of up keep on a mansion.

Omg That's Awsome..God Bless You not many people would do that.I took in a few Homeless People & they tried to take over my home I'll never do that again cause they Destroyed the rooms they were staying in they acted like animals no joke & the worse part of this is one of the homeless people was my own brother I tried helping him & he destroyed everything plus to top it off they were drunks who claimed they wanted 2 change but yes only when I was around otherwise they never tried 2 better themselves..Good Luck

I would give to the Red Cross and the USO. Why? Because while I was in the military my father passed away, I had no money to come home, what they did was pay my flight so that I could be home. Also when I was in the military the USO is where many of the soldiers met to entertain themselves, playing pool, watching movies, just socializing. May God bless you.

that's so nice. but be careful most not all homeless people do not want to change their situation. i have been involved with with social services for a long time most people have become comfortable. i was homeless myself with four kids and was able to use all the resources to become a nurse 28 months later. it can be done but people have to want. i was able to go from no income to 100k a year and guess what, not one rich person helped me... do me a favor, spend your money and your time on finding a cure for cancer esp. the kind that affects children.......

I don’t see why people would really do anything for others that don’t want to do anything from themselves , why don’t you do it now? Don’t devalue money all because you have it,
Me and my girlfriend have money, but we volunteer to make a few peoples life’s better, not hand outs but help out, we have paid for many kids braces since we both had to deal with that when we were younger
