I know your feeling. I agree with some other people eat your vegetables especially your greens. Half of your dinner plate should be at least greens! Also I've tried this new thing. Take a pinch of baking powder ( and i mean very little! Just a Lil that you can barley taste a little of the baking powder) then mix it with a Lil water. ( I suggest about 3/4 of a cup to 1 cup of water ) I know its sounds weird but I have lost weight and grown a lot taller! I would never guess... baking powder!

>>>* Hey What's up Man, my friends call me Skippy. I know RIGHT where you are now, as I was once there, and I can tell you first hand that it is ABSOLUTELY possible to grow in height after you thought you were done growing forever. Perhaps my own story could be of some help to you...

My family has been in the aviation business since the 1960's. There has been pilots, engineers, baggers, stewards, and of course stewardesses. I never really had much of an interest in piloting or working as an engineer, but I LOVE the sky, and being on airplanes. I had already traveled to 12 different countries by the age of 21. So for me, being a Steward(flight attendant) was always my dream job. The only problem, however, is that there are height requirements for safety reasons. As I was exceptionally short in height- my college degree, and qualified resume meant nothing. I was denied my first job as a flight attendant because I was about 2 inches short of their requirements. This absolutely devastated me. I thought my dream had gone out the window. I was also embarrassed, it was sort of like not being able to get on a ride at an amusement park because I was too small. Which has actually happened to me, btw. Lol. But this was worse, this was my dream career, and future at stake.

At this point, I began scowering the web for help. First I tried seeing if there was a way, some way, to get around the height requirement mandated by airliners. The answer was a big fat NO. Once I had determined there was no way around it, I started feeling hopeless, and desperate. THAT'S when I started looking into the seemingly ridiculous idea that you could continue growing, even after you were finished with puberty. So, after hours and hours of research, reading countless reviews and testimonials, I did come across one website - http://www.growtall.pcti-system.com .. A natural height-growth program that caught my eye. Setting my inherent skepticism aside for a moment, I signed up for the site. Now, fast forward a few months after learning and utilizing all the material and support in the program, I actually grew 3 INCHES! That's no lie. Dead serious. I have since re-applied for the job I would have otherwise gotten if I had met the height requirement. They don't even believe me, lol! They have not set me up for another interview, but that's Ok. If not them, I will have my dream job soon with another airliner as this time I won't have to worry about coming up short. No pun intended! lol.

Anyways, I hope my story was of some help to you, and I wish you the best!

I'm also 5'0" in height - and I'm 59 years old. Been this tall since I was your age and it really can be fun most of the time. Just look at your legs and see how much more developed they are because you have to stand on tip toe a lot, walk faster to keep up, etc. Been teased all my life too: "Short Stuff, 1/2 Pint, Mini Me, and on and on. Know what? They are terms of endearment - not criticism - enjoy and keep smiling. P.S. The only thing I really don't like about my height is that the dishwater runs UP my arms!

Use calcium, Vitamin D, Chondroitin, Glucosamine, and multi-vitamin supplements

DO buy liquid-form supplements if you can because the absorption rate is much more effective.

DO always take each tablet with a full glass of water with or after a meal.

DO try to break dosage up and spread it out over the day. For example, if the dosage is 1500 mg per day, and this can be divided into 500 mg tablet three times a day. Divide up your doses of calcium. It appears to work more effectively if taken in smaller doses spread out over the day, rather than a large dose all at once.

DO take vitamin D along with calcium to increase absorption by as much as 30 to 80 percent.

DO try take vitamin C at the same time you take a calcium supplement if you can. Or eat a food rich in vitamin C, such as an orange. This helps with the absorption of calcium.

DO NOT take iron together with calcium as best you can. It reduces the efficacy of both minerals.

DO NOT drink alcohol while taking supplements because alcohol will reduce the efficacy of minerals. You may drink alcohol but do so in a 4 to 5 hour gap in between so that it won't interfere with the reaction of supplements.

DO NOT drink lemonade or any juice that has lemon ingredients in it. Lemon seems to dissolve and reduce the efficacy of drugs and supplements.

DO NOT indulge on soft drinks. They are high in phosphorus, which can cause you to lose calcium. High phosphorus intake can lead to calcium excretion in your urine. As a result, you should avoid sugar drinks (coke, pepsi, mountain dew) and drink as much water as possible.

DO NOT indulge on junk foods, alcohol, soft drinks, caffeine and white flour. All of these lead to an excessive loss of calcium from your body and a decreased rate of absorption.

DO NOT use calcium supplements if you have kidney stones or a history of kidney stones.

DO NOT buy any of the advertised height increase supplement, they are nothing more than glorified Multi-Vitamin that sells at a premium

Sorry hon, but there's no way to get taller. If there were do you really think that "little people" or midgets or dwarves to be politically incorrect, would still exist? In terms of height you get what you get and beyond high heels, there's no proven way to get taller.

You are perfect just the way you are! Everybody gets teased about something. It will build your character and make you a stronger person.

I actually used the program that "Skippy" person speaks of. It really does work. That same website, http://www.growtall.pcti-system.com .. I played basketball in college, and I used that to gain a couple in height. A total of 2.5 inches. After that, it seemed to plateau though. I could not gain any more than 2 1/2, no matter how hard I tried. But those inches really gave me an advantage in my games. Well worth it.

I'm 18 and I'm 5"0' too, and I'm happy with my height! you should be too. There is no way you can have a growth increase without pills! And I don't recommend you using any pills either. Pills are not healthy. Learn to be happy with yourself and your still going through puberty so you still have time to have a growth spurt. Just remember your appearance is not what makes you but you make you!

There is no natural way to make yourself grow taller. You could try platform shoes, but I think you should just be patient and let time do its magic. Anyways, some guys, myself included, prefer petite women, so don't worry about it. Accept yourself as you are, and other people will accept you too.
