If there is no blood in the vomit and you don't have other symptoms like fever or bodyache, then it must be body reacting to something that you've had. Probably best to let all the stuff get out of you. Before boarding the flight, eat only food that you are used to and keep it light and simple. On board, ask for a lot of those air sickness bags. If you can get a doctor to prescribe pills to suppress the thing till the duration of the flight, then do it.

When I was in Mexico I ate two corn tortillas. I did not know that it was made from one pound of rendered pork fat for every two pounds of corn. Fat makes me very ill especially in excess.
Quite possibly the fat was not really good as they tend to not refrigerate in that region of Mexico very much. So I was deathly ill. There are many open pharmacies in those regions you can ask them for something to settle the stomach like my relatives gave me be careful because some things legal over the counter there are not legal here in the US without a prescription. I found that when I had drank a great deal of an orange soda made from real oranges the acid in the drinks helped clean me out totally such that I felt better but before then I was sure I was going to die. Try crackers get something on your stomach. Also see if you can find some gatorade or electrolytic drinks. You may need to go see a hospital or doctor there asap or call the airlines to tell them you are not well and may need to postpone your return until you stop vomiting asap.

Depends on nature of vomiting and length of time that you have been vomiting. If it is recent after eating a meat, seafood, dairy dish, etc recently, it is most likely food poisoning and your body is cleansing itself. Are there other symptoms, diarrhea, etc? If it lasts for longer than a day, or you are not able to keep down fluids, or you have other symptoms or such, see a doctor.

Depends on what's causing the vomiting. There are anti-nausea drugs you can get. Or maybe ginger ale or coke (the classic formula) can settle your stomach.

In all seriousness, you'll want to find out what's making you so sick and deal with that.

Good luck!
