I meditate, TWITCHES ARE GOOD! Thats your body expelling stress! Honestly thats a good thing.

no, your body should NOT twitch that much. You should try deep breathing for 5 -7 minutes before starting meditation. that might make a difference. if not, email me and we can go over other options. i have been meditating for 20 + years..........
