Don't come down on him, guys can't change their size, whereas women can work on how tight they are. Work on your exercises..

do you love the rest of him? if you love this guy, then the two of you should be able to figure out how to get you to the "Big O". Be creative and have fun. There are many, many ways he can give you great sex even if he has a small penis.

For most women penis size doesn't affect their enjoyment, just having some penetration and clitoral stimulation. If that's not the case for you, consider discussing using sex toys such as a dildo with him. well, if you're only in it for the sex, then why stay? but if you like him for everything else and you can get a little creative in bed (i.e. non-penis-related sex) then keep him for his personality and whatever else makes him great.
