How do you control frizzy hair?

I have tried different hair products, such as Garnier Fruitis Sleek & Smooth. I have also tried a straightening iron, but my hair is really thick and its hard to get all of it. Does any one have any suggestions?

You can keep your hair longer and have it thinned by a competent cosmetologist. You can use pH balanced shampoos and conditioners in the right pH range for your hair. You can use a product made by Redkin called Airset its acidifying protein protective spray helps close the cuticle layer so that it is smoother I am sure it is on the market for sale still. You can get a straightner put on it or even a permanent wave done at a larger curl size but use a good one that is less apt to dry your hair out worse. Find a style that works with it. If you drink, smoke,do illegal or legal drugs it will affect the quality of your hair and often cause frizzing out of it, eat a good diet drink plenty of water, exercise it all helps. Hairspray is often just coating the hair and causes a build up so that does not really resolve your problem but it can help to some extent basically hair spray today is plastic on your hair. I do not recommend it in excess also inhalation over many years has been very bad for the lungs of cosmetologists.

Any of the products, like Garnier, herbal essense, loreal, dove
hair products have some kind of hair serum you put through
your hair and leave it on for awhile. I have heard that wrapping
your head with plastic wrap or cap with that serum on works
wonders. I think the timing on that is from 15 to 30 minutes.
Depending on length of hair and how damage it is. Give it a

I use Paul-Mitchell Super Skinny and then brush it in. After that, I spray it with Bed-Head Headrush Shne Spray. I have really long, thick hair, and I have had the same problem. I have also tried every frizz-item on the market. It's the only thing that works. Good luck!

Use Sunsilk anti-frizz shampoo and conditioner. It's a product that just came out. You can also try Sunsilk hydrating shampoo and conditioner. Some of the reasons for frizzy hair is because its so dry. But first try the anti-frizz (the one in the green bottle). Trust me it really works. I use because I have the same problem.

I have thick, naturaly wavy, frizzy hair... I have found that using a cream leave in conditioner and not drying my hair all the way helps... I use Thermasilk straight and smooth leave in cream...You can also use the Frizz ease stuff.. just dont use too much, it can make your hair feel waxy.. but it does work pretty good...

You can always use argan oil on your hair after a shower. The one I have is called Pro Natural’s and I got it online because its a salon brand, it's amaaaazing and it always calms my frizz down and makes my hair softer. Argan oil also prevents split ends and keeps hair strong and healthy, so I guess it has everything you would want in a hair product. Not to mention it's natural.
