looking to see if there are any ladies between the ages of 45 and 55 that come to this site. I would like to know if I'm a little out of it to be here myself, I'm 55

Nope, you're not 'out of it'. There's lots of us women here that are 45 plus. We're kinda outnumbered by the pre-teen/teeners but we are here.:)
